 3. Orders & Acceptance
* All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.
* Bulk, OEM, ODM, and tender orders are confirmed only after written approval and advance payment (where applicable).

4. Pricing & Payments
* All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, packaging, shipping, and handling unless specifically mentioned.
* GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government rules.
* Orders are processed after payment confirmation unless credit terms are officially approved.

 5. Shipping & Delivery
* Dispatch timelines vary based on order quantity and product type.
* Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.
* Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter.

6. Returns & Replacement
* Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within **48 hours** of delivery.
* Proof such as photos/videos and batch details must be provided.
* Used, damaged due to misuse, or customized/OEM products are not eligible for return.
* Replacement will be provided after verification only.

 7. OEM / Custom Orders
* Custom branded or OEM manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
* Design approvals shared by the buyer are considered final.
* The buyer is responsible for ensuring that logos, artwork, and branding provided do not violate any copyright or trademark laws.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, catalogues, product designs, layouts, and graphics are the property of Tinny Educational Aids unless otherwise stated.

* No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
* Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
